Virtual Congress

You will be sent an automatic email confirmation for your records when you register. The in-person registration comes with a full registration waiver for the general virtual sessions (workshops are paid). To register for the virtual component, please use the discount code in your confirmation email. You must register with the same email you used for in-person registration for the discount code to be validated.

  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • The registration fees do not cover insurance, travel, or accommodation. (Travel insurance is recommended by the organizers.)
  • People who must cancel their registration are eligible for a full refund up until 15 April.
  • After 15 April, there is a no refund policy.  Please understand that after that date the program is finalized and the Congress expenses are made based on the number of registrations at that time.
  • You have to be registered to appear in the final program
  • Substitutions are allowed

*The patron rate helps us give waivers to those who may request them. Patrons will receive special thanks in the Congress Program for the respective conference year.
